Henry Stewart founded London-based training business Happy Ltd. Now called just Happy it was rated one of the top 20 workplaces in the UK for 5 successive years and now helps other organisations create happy workplaces.
Henry is listed in the Guru Radar of the Thinkers 50 list of the most influential business thinkers in the world. "He is one of the thinkers who we believe will shape the future of business" explained list compiler Stuart Crainer. His book, The Happy Manifesto, was published by Kogan Page in January 2013.
Liz has worked in a variety of HR generalist and Learning & Development positions throughout her career at London Business School, the BBC and currently Talon Outdoor. Liz joined Talon Outdoor, an out of home media specialist, in its start-up phase to build the HR team and its People offering.
In under three years Liz as Head of People has led the people strategy and successfully led the company in achieving 9th place in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work for list and a shortlisted place in the upcoming CIPD People Management Awards for best SME. People Management Initiative 2016. Liz has a particular interest in employee engagement and the link between this and commercial performance.
