and e-learning, for circa 8,000 employees and across 14 Operating Companies (OpCos).
From a technical perspective, Liz has European responsibility for Yusen’s Learning
Management System, off-the-shelf and tailormade content, language training, performance
review and calibration system. AI is the next step in the journey, seeing Liz working closely with
IT and legal teams to agree the safest and most empowering way to introduce a whole new
approach to working at Yusen.

Alex Whiteleather is the Managing Director for Europe at Abilitie, where he leads the regional strategy, client partnerships, and delivery of award-winning leadership development experiences. With over a decade of experience in the L&D space, Alex has partnered with more than 50 global organisations to design and implement experiential learning programmes that drive meaningful change.
