CloseAlmuth is Professor of Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck University of London in the School of Psychological Sciences. She brings rich expertise diversity and neurodiversity, occupational health, worklife balance and coaching. Almuth has won awards for her research and her commitment to furthering the practice of psychology in the workplace in the UK. She directs the Centre for Neurodiversity Research at Work (C4NDRAW), has co-authored the bestselling book on Neurodiversity Coaching, and is widely published in esteemed academic journals other outlets. Almuth regularly contributes to the media fuelled by her belief that research needs to speak to people and organisations directly to have impact and contemporary relevance.
After 18 years in the 'corporate world' in Retail HR with companies such as B&Q, Safeway and Staples, Jo started her first business in 2005 and, via publishing, websites, social media and coaching coaches in productivity and wellbeing, now works as a Interim / Fractional HR Director.
Jo is also on the Advisory Board for Engage for Success, the UK movement promoting employee engagement, part of the CIPD. She has also co-hosted the Engage for Success podcast since 2012, and regularly speaks, facilitates and chairs at conferences such as Health and Wellbeing at Work and Engage Employee.

Colin Preece is a Chartered Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Counsellor whose 25+ year career is defined by his ability to bridge clinical expertise with real-world performance and workforce psychology. Following a distinguished career in the British police service, he has applied his psychological skills to support elite athletes in preparing for high-pressure competitive events, contributing to multiple gold-medal successes at successive Olympic Games.
Deeply committed to education, Colin has taught psychology at both university and secondary school levels, translating complex psychological principles into accessible, applied learning. He now serves as a Clinical Lead at Teladoc Health, where he oversees a team delivering high-quality mental health care to a diverse patient population. His professional interests centre on education, stress, and performance under pressure, with a particular focus on how clinical insight can inform and strengthen workforce resilience and effectiveness.
