Despite widespread efforts, progress in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) remains slow. Research from Pearn Kandola highlights that experiences of racism in the workplace for Black and Asian individuals have stagnated or even worsened despite the widespread implementation of DEI training programmes.
This People Management Insight webinar, produced in partnership with Kandola+, will delve into why traditional DEI training often falls short. We will explore the critical factors needed to drive lasting behaviour change at scale and foster genuine inclusion within organisations.
Guest speakers Dr Jo Kandola, partner Pearn Kandola and Fiona Flemming, head of ED&I at Farrer & Co, will share expert insights on what it takes to make DEI training effective and sustainable.
