Claire leads the EMEA Partner Consulting teams in designing and implementing analytics, advice and learning solutions that help Gallup’s clients meet and exceed their organisational goals. Claire provides strategic direction for her region on shaping client solutions, executing growth plans, and increasing customer engagement. She is a dedicated strengths performance coach and leader for team members in the region.
With deep expertise in Inclusive leadership and strategies to create thriving organisations with high wellbeing, Claire has successfully led transformation in organisations across sectors including healthcare, technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, retail, local government and professional services.
Since 2007, Claire has worked in several roles within Gallup as a leader to internal consulting teams and client leaders across Asia.
Prior to joining Gallup, Claire worked as the Regional Director for the TUI Group based in the Aquitaine and Brittany regions of France. In this role, Claire managed the relationship between the consortium of French suppliers and the British Tour Operator to ensure the standards, risk and operations of the tourism services in France.
Jeremie Brecheisen is a partner and managing director of the CHRO roundtable at Gallup. In his role, he advises leaders and managers to improve business performance and creates solutions that change culture, positioning teams and organizations to succeed. Jeremie has managed some of Gallup’s largest global organizational development clients, and his work has taken him all over the globe, including North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Jeremie is the global leader of the Gallup CHRO Roundtable, the largest club of CHROs in the world with 1,000+ big company CHROs. Jeremie is also on Gallup’s Europe leadership team and is a regular contributor and subject matter expert for many topics on Gallup.com, including Gallup’s Real Future of Work series, the future of HR and industry-specific challenges. He has personally trained or coached thousands of managers and has designed workplace solutions for hundreds of thousands more.
Jeremie is an experienced public speaker, having presented at many public conferences such as HRD Summits, MoneyLive Events, HCI Conferences, Argyle Conferences, Merit Summits and Corenet Conventions among others. He has served as keynote speaker at international conventions with audiences of over 30,000 and live streaming audiences of more than 10,000. He regularly conducts Gallup’s official Real Future of Work webinars and many others to international audiences.
Jeremie received his bachelor’s degree in modern Asian history from Brigham Young University. He received a Master of Business Administration degree in the China International Program from the University of Hawaii. Jeremie speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese.
