How a good employee experience can make hybrid working a success

How a good employee experience can make hybrid working a success

With more staff working from home than ever before, employers need to connect with them in new and meaningful ways.

Welcoming a new employee onto your team used to mean showing them where the printer was, making them a cup of tea, maybe a trip to the pub, a cake on their birthday.

But since the pandemic hit, the number of employees working from home – either all the time or as a hybrid arrangement – has soared. Many staff who joined an organisation during Covid times have never even stepped foot in the office, and new legislation could soon be passed to allow UK employees the right to request flexible working from day one.

So how do organisations truly connect with their remote or hybrid staff, make them feel like they belong to the team, and maintain engagement and productivity?
