Michael has been with SAP Success Factors for seven years working with senior leaders within the EMEA region to transform their businesses through SAP’s cloud platform. With a bias for action and providing pragmatic client-focused solutions, Michael is passionate about collaboration and building strong relationships that result in helping customers to implement solutions and capability that work and achieve business success.
Michael brings over 20 years of experience in delivering organisational development solutions, cultural transformation and employee engagement strategies that contribute to business performance. His career has spanned several industries and sectors.
Michael came to SAP Success Factors from Premier Farnell (a global Marketing and Distribution Company) where, as the Global Organisation Development Lead for Strategic Projects, he aligned and implemented global talent practices including performance, goal management, succession planning, leadership development, competency management, 360 feedback and e-learning. As a HayMcBer-certified facilitator, Michael was also instrumental in the transformation of the culture of that organisation – supporting fundamental change with his experience in leadership development, executive coaching, employee engagement and change management. Towers Watson included Premier Farnell in their high performance norm group as a result of their outstanding business performance and employee engagement scores.
Previous to Premier Farnell, Michael worked for enterprises in retail, energy, mining and leisure/tourism.
