An organisation’s culture is not just a slick motto above the door. It concerns every aspect of how you do business, of what leaders expect of their employees and vice versa. The creation or changing of a culture can’t be a top-down imposition but must be a collaborative process with buy-in from everyone. Employee wellbeing is an increasing focus both for moral and business reasons.
