Euan has worked in organisational and learning and development for over 20 years. He has held senior roles in industries ranging from construction and utilities to publishing and hospitality and spent time working as an OD consultant supporting organisations through strategic transformational change programmes. Euan’s passion is supporting people to understand how our culture and behaviours drive our success. Euan has been with Insights for 4 years and currently heads up our Global Consultant and Practitioner Development team.
Fenil Khiroya is the UK Head of Human Resources for Standard Chartered Bank and the Chair of the Europe D&I Council. With over 25 years of experience working within Financial Services, she is also a Board member of City HR and Chair of the EDI Ethnicity Taskforce, and is on the D&I working group for the Financial Services Skills Commission.

In 2019 she retained her title as winner of Woman Who …. Eleanor Whitehouse is acting editor of People Management magazine, supporting the delivery and development of the brand's digital and social channels, as well as production of the print publication. She has worked in an editorial capacity for more than nine years, formerly as an advertising copywriter and NHS communications manager.
