As human beings, we’re all susceptible to unconscious bias. Examining the underlying drivers of our thoughts and behaviours is essential if we are to build genuinely inclusive working environments. Fenil Khiroya is the UK Head of Human Resources for Standard Chartered Bank and the Chair of the Europe D&I Council. With over 25 years of experience working within Financial Services, she is also a Board member of City HR and Chair of the EDI Ethnicity Taskforce, and is on the D&I working group for the Financial Services Skills Commission.

Teresa is a TEDx speaker, Non-Executive Director and author of Amazon bestseller Closing the Gap – 5 steps to creating an Inclusive Culture. She has developed a range of tools and resources as part of her unique tribe5 Diversity & Inclusion ™ methodology.
Teresa has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs and nominated for a National Diversity Awards ‘Gender Positive Role Model Award’.
