Internal communications and human resources: why they’re stronger together at building employee engagement
Join us for an expert webinar, in partnership with SocialChorus, the digital employee experience platform, on how IC and HR teams can align their efforts to reach employees at all levels more effectively, as well as increase their own internal visibility and influence.
As we contemplate what the future looks like for our workplaces and workforces post-pandemic, IC and HR will be crucial in engaging employees at all levels of the organisation with what lies ahead – and these teams are under more scrutiny and pressure than ever. Yet IC and HR don’t always work in a truly joined-up way, and at worst, they’re almost ‘frenemies’, competing for employee attention. By aligning their efforts and strategies and sharing their skillsets, these teams are each other's strongest allies – not only reaching and engaging more of the workforce than ever, but also improving engagement with senior internal stakeholders, right up to the C-suite. The expert panel will discuss:
What are the barriers to HR and IC teams collaborating effectively?
What are the key gains to be made from HR and IC working together?
What does successful collaboration between HR and IC look like?
What strategies can HR and IC teams put in place to work more closely together and align their goals?
