CloseBrad is the CIPD’s Director of People, OD and Workplace. He and his teams ensure that the organisation is able to achieve its purpose and strategic goals through attracting, developing and retaining great people, working in environments that enable collaboration and productivity. He is interested in people strategy, culture, organisational development and workplace effectiveness.
Brad started his career with Barclays Plc, working across both HR and non-HR roles, including resourcing, L&D and employee relations, before moving into the not-for-profit sector, where he was Director of HR & Workplace with CIMA. At CIMA Brad co-led the cultural integration of the joint venture between CIMA and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and was programme director for the relocation of CIMA to its new, global headquarters in Moorgate incorporating modern, agile workplace practices and technology.
Brad joined the CIPD in June 2016. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Kulan has 17 years of experience in delivering HR solutions to address business challenges across 30+ countries. With a strong understanding of people, culture, and technology, he believes the right formula for success is bringing balance between them.
Mike is VP, HR Value Advisory at SAP, the market leader in enterprise application software helping companies of all sizes and in all industries run at their best.
Mike has more than 25 years of experience in designing and delivering HR transformation projects in a range of industry sectors across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
He has worked at SAP SuccessFactors for six years with his previous roles including Partner and Global Leader, HR Effectiveness Consulting at Mercer; Global HR & Payroll Service Line Leader at HP; and Associate Partner at IBM.
Mike holds an MA in Human Resource Management and a BSc in Psychology. He is based in London.
Eleanor Whitehouse is acting editor of People Management magazine, supporting the delivery and development of the brand's digital and social channels, as well as production of the print publication. She has worked in an editorial capacity for more than nine years, formerly as an advertising copywriter and NHS communications manager.
