Jane Sparrow is founder of The Culture Builders; a unique consultancy that focuses on how to change culture and develop leadership behaviour to achieve organisational aims. She is author of The Culture Builders; Leadership Strategies for Employee Performance and is co-author and contributor to a number of other best selling books. Jane is a passionate presenter and is well known for leaving leaders and audiences both inspired, with practical action to take away and use to make an immediate difference. She works with executives and boards across just about every sector around the world.

David is UK Country Manager for Glassdoor, and is responsible for the company’s consumer marketing and growth activities in Europe.
He previously worked for Gameloft, the world’s largest publisher of mobile games, where he managed the company’s user acquisition programmes for the UK and Scandinavia. Prior to this, David spent time in student demand generation at Apple Europe. He also has many years of experience working agency-side on large-scale branding and advertising projects for FMCG and finance services clients.
David has a strong interest in generational diversity and brand identity in the workplace. He holds a Masters degree from HEC Paris.
