In post-pandemic Britain, no-one is immune to burnout.

From rockstars like Sam Fender and Arlo Parks – both of whom have cancelled gigs recently citing mental and physical exhaustion – to your team members and colleagues at work, everyone is at risk.

Burnout manifests itself in different ways in different people, but typically involves levels of mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion. It can leave even the most high-performing employees feeling negative, cynical, and distant about their work, with obvious dangers for productivity, engagement, and ongoing mental health.
