Changing workforce dynamics: How to manage expanding and contracting organisations
How do you manage both contingent and full time employees and get the most out of all the talent available to you? In this webinar, in partnership with ADP, we use a variety of scenarios and real-life examples to give you the answers you need to know
The HR industry is seeing an ever-growing focus on contingent workforce management (CWM) as our technology-driven and increasingly mobile society moves towards more flexible and remote working arrangements. For many, the concept of working full-time for one organisation is no longer viable.
This increase in contingent workers has coincided with the ongoing escalation in costs associated with hiring employees. And there are further complexities to consider with the recent adjustments to the self employment tax rules – as a direct result of the changes to IR35 regulations.
So, how do you manage both contingent and full time employees and get the most out of all the talent available to you? In this webinar, in partnership with ADP, we use a variety of scenarios and real-life examples to explore how to prevent an expanding and contracting workforce negatively impact efficiency, preventing you from focusing on key business areas and ultimately affecting your bottom line.
You’ll learn:
How to source and manage contingent workers
How to implement a framework that addresses the demand-peak problem
How to reduce the burden on HR and payroll
How IR35 regulations are changing and what you need to know
