Selina is a Global Sales Manager based in London. She works with multinational organisations to become more efficient, mitigate risk and use data to drive strategic goals. Prior to joining ADP’s global division two years ago, Selina was leading a team of ADP US District Managers in San Francisco & Silicon Valley, California.
Selina is an American expat living in London, taking in all the magnificent things the city has to offer. In her spare time Selina loves to travel, learn about other cultures and meet new people. She has also lived in Mexico, Italy and Australia, and has travelled to over 40 countries.
Neil leads ADP UK’s Enterprise Sales team, supporting organisations with both local and global Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. He has been with ADP for 11 years and is part of the UK’s Senior Sales Leadership team, reporting directly into ADP’s ExCom.
Neil graduated from Southampton University in 1997 and has over 20 years of sales and leadership experience within the HCM and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries.
Neil is passionate about people development and is responsible for ADP’s Sales Mentoring programme. This passion extends outside of work with Neil providing mentorship to London school attenders, supporting his longstanding commitment to social mobility. Aside from that, a young family keeps him busy.
The majority of Susan's professional career has been spent in leadership positions within HR and staffing operations, developing solutions which connect people and work activity to business outcomes. This work has been in Europe, the US and SE Asia, across a number of different sectors.
Over the past nine years the majority of Susan's time has been spent designing and applying tools and techniques which help practitioners and organisations develop and strengthen their strategic workforce planning and effectiveness capabilities. The overall aim being to drive competitive advantage and create outcome focused action plans capable of releasing immediate and future value.
She is the founder of Be Future Ready – Today which is a practice devoted to helping practitioners and companies de-code complexity and identify which aptitudes drive exceptional performance.
This is accomplished through a customised blend of advising, coaching, and assisting with the application of methods and services which help leaders identify - where they are now, where they need to be, and how to get there.
