The new talent crisis – and how to get out of it
Register for this free session, a collaboration between Management Today and People Management
We’re facing the worst recruitment and retention crisis in a decade.
The unwinding of furlough schemes has combined with a huge rebalancing of talent between sectors and the ongoing after-effects of Brexit on migration trends – all of which has dramatically affected businesses' ability to hire and retain employees as the economy tentatively picks up.
It means businesses that haven't paid attention to how their employee value proposition – encompassing recruitment, training and reward practices, as well as quality of jobs and progression opportunities – may well be missing out.
Not to mention the requirement to tackle flexibility, work-life balance and support for physical and mental wellbeing – all key factors that help attract people to roles in an environment where talented employees have their pick of opportunities.
Does your talent strategy reflect the post-pandemic age? Do you know exactly what your employees want and how to offer it?
Join Management Today and People Management, in partnership with Employment Hero, to explore these challenges and hear in-depth practical advice from business leaders and other experts.
It’s a live and interactive session so we welcome you to send in your questions (using the comments box below) to find answers tailored to your business needs.
