CloseHas it ever been more critical for organisations to look after their people? The statistics of the Great Resignation are stark – 47 million people voluntarily left their jobs last year. That is a frightening statistic. Especially when you take into account the considerable cost to replace an employee.
The reasons are myriad, but the effect is that employees have become increasingly clear about what they want from potential employers: higher salaries, flexible schedules and locations, and a more equitable balance between life and work.
And so a successful employee recognition programme has never been more important. When implemented successfully, employee recognition programmes can give your organisation superior employee satisfaction, productivity and retention.
But when it comes to your organisation, is a recognition programme truly worth the investment? Do the benefits outweigh the costs? And if so, can the return on your recognition programme investment be quantified?
Join this People Management Insight webinar, produced in partnership with workhuman, to find out why all the answers to those questions are, ‘Yes’.
