UK businesses have a wellbeing problem: here’s how to fix it

Most leaders now understand why employees’ health and happiness should be a priority, but research shows that employee wellbeing has slipped down the HR agenda. The vast majority (90%) of UK employers believe their wellbeing culture could be improved, and almost 85% say that wellbeing in their workplace is average or below average.

In this People Management Insight report, produced in association with Gympass, we look at the positive steps organisations can take to monitor, measure and manage both the mental and physical health and wellbeing of their people – while at the same time boosting employee engagement and productivity.
